I am an FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) commercial and airline transport pilot with over 1,800 hours of total flight time across both Airbus 320 and Boeing 757/767 airplanes. Most of my pilot training was completed in the United States where from the early days of my aviation career I was integrated into FAA system.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Kozminski University and a Master’s degree from the Warsaw School of Economics, two of the most recognized economic institutions in Poland. My thesis focuses on the financial aspects of the U.S. aviation sector.
Before pursuing pilot and finance career, I spent almost four years in the U.S. where I was a student-athlete and played basketball in high school. Growing up in rural parts of America shaped my character by allowing me to become part of local communities. It helped me to realize how important people, opportunity, and hard work are to the American way of life.
With my experience in both passenger and cargo operations, and academic expertise in U.S. aviation economics, I bring a unique dual perspective – financial expertise and knowledge along with real world operational “cockpit” experience. This special combination enables me to deliver valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing the U.S. aviation industry today.
